Believe me, the only person Blanche was helping was herself. She killed most of those people for their life insurance money. She also falsely accused a male co-worker at Kroger's of sexual harrassment and won. Ironically the Judge that presided over her sexual harassment case ended up being the same Judge who presided over her murder trial. He even brought that fact to Blanche's attention when he formally sentenced her to death. He said you fooled me once Ms. Moore but you fooled no one this time, not me, and not any of these 12 jurors. By the way it was later proven Blanche had lied about the man she accused of sexually harassing her and was ordered to pay back the money she had received.
He moved to another town and worked at the Kroger's there and became the regional manager but during a news interview he said that his integrity and good reputation had been permanently damaged because not many people knew, due to lack of news coverage, that he had been vindicated.
Now that is true the news coverage seldom reports when the person has been vindicated. This is so unfair to the victims because their reputations are usually ruined. They spend the rest of their lives under this false charge. That's what I can't understand about people like Blanche they only think of themselves not what that are doing to others. I'm sure they really don't care. They use the church as a front to make people believe they are good people. As someone posted earlier you just want to slap the smirk off their faces.
This is an excerpt from a conversation between Blanche and her brother Sam a couple of years ago:
As he saw the evidence at the 6-week trial piling up testimonies of arsenic levels in hair and fingernails, timetables, nursing observations, handwriting analysts, police reports he questioned whether or not Blanche was telling him the truth. However, after many hours of direct and honest talk, cajoling and even trying to trick her into a confession, he stands firm in his support of her.
I've told her, 'Blanche, if I was innocent, I'd write to everyone. I would proclaim my innocence."
Kiser says, "I asked myself, 'Am I so blind?' I want the truth. In my natural experiences with her, she couldnt have done it. I have never had her hesitate when I asked her if she did it."
She told me, "If I did it and kept covering it up, thats a sin, too, and I won't get on that gurney with a lie on my lips."
I won't get on that gurney with a lie on my lips? WOW!!!! She's been lying through her teeth for 20 years. That 20 year lie will follow her into the after life, death on a gurney or cancer. She is a real work of art. Does her brother REALLY believe she didn't kill those people simply because she never hesitates when she says "No, I didn't do it."
For her 74th birthday last month, she bought a Little Debbie cake and some ice cream from the prison canteen and shared them and a sandwich with another inmate. In a letter to her brother, she admitted her 74th birthday was "sad and lonely."
"It's so difficult in this place and I fight to keep my sanity.
Doesn't that just break your heart. LOL At least she lived to see her 74th birthday. Raymond Reid didn't get that chance thanks to her.
You reap what you sow.....so whatever! I certainly don't feel an ounce of pity for her. She will be 77 yrs. old next February.

I think some people lie to themselves so strongly and so long that they actually start to believe their own lies. Maybe that's what Blanche has done regarding confessing that she did it. Of course, every other person in the world with the exception of her brother, knows that she did it!! (And he knows too - just more of that lying to yourself!)
Three different nurses who were in charge of Raymond Reid (the man Blanche murdered) said on the witness stand that Blanche had brought banana pudding to Raymond in the hospital and spoon fed it to him. This was written down on Mr. Reid's medical chart each time Blanche brought the banana pudding to him. The banana pudding Blanche took him came from Kroger's. This was all written down on his medical chart BEFORE Mr. Reid died and BEFORE Blanche Moore was arrested for murder. The medical chart showing the dates and times Blanche was observed taking him the pudding was displayed in the court room. That was on the morning of the day Blanche took the witness stand herself. That afternoon as Blanche Moore sat on that witness chair she told the court that she had never taken ANY food of any kind to Raymond . This she told AFTER those 3 nurses with sterling reputations and with nothing to gain by making that story up said and proved with the medical chart under oath that she had. I remember standing with my back to the court room wall hearing those words come out of her mouth. THIS my friends was the lie that sealed Blanche Taylor Moore's fate and convicted her. Several members of the jury told reporters that if Blanche had said "yes I took Raymond some banana pudding but I did not put any poison in it" they would not have come back with a guilty verdict. They said up until she said she had not even taken him any food period that their consensus was "not guilty". Thank God Blanche Taylor Moore told that lie!!!!!!!!!!!! Her arrogance and stupidity was her downfall.
