In the documentary we showed what eventually happened to the raisin cake that Marie baked Christmas Day. So we have it from it's beginning when it was made up to the end when Herman Bibey threw it out. What has always been in doubt until now is where the cake was during the intervening years when Marie made it and Herman threw it away. Today we found out where it was during that time, which you will be able to read about when the Scrapbook comes out.

I know it feels that way sometimes my friend. It's just getting betterer and betterer though as more photos come in from unexpected sources and more stories are being told.!!! This usually happens when you're almost finished with a book or a movie. It can be irritating and frustrating but oh so worth the wait.

We are gonna try to make that dang cake my next day off. I may change things up a little, just to make it edible.

We'll see if I can save it. I have always been pretty good in the kitchen. But that recipe may be irredeemable!

Michael, did you ever make Marie's raisin cake? You said you were going to. But if you did and you changed the recipe it wasn't Marie Lawson's raisin cake that you baked and ate. You have to make it using the exact ingredients she used!! THEN and only THEN can you tell us how it was!!!!
